In this regard, what is important is to check the relevant period between the date you purchased the vehicle and the date you sold it.
By following the steps (Violation Inquiry and Online Payment / Vehicle Plate Number Inquiry / Total Debt Inquiry), if there is any file related to your license plate that has been transferred to legal proceedings, you can view the law firm name and the contact number of the legal unit to which your file has been assigned.

SMS notifications are sent to the relevant vehicle owners for the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway, which are operated under our Company’s responsibility, in the following cases:
Primarily, if the recipient of the SMS line is identified and there is an outstanding debt associated with the legal owner’s TCKN.
Additionally, for customers who have registered in the “Violation Notification System” on our website, SMS notifications are sent based on the contact information and license plate provided in the system, and IVN calls are made to inform vehicle owners before the due date expires.
Within the fifteen-day period starting from the date of the violation, the system attempts, at certain intervals, to contact the HGS account using either HGS information or, if this cannot be read, the vehicle plate information, and if the account is available at the time of inquiry, the amount is collected from the account.
However, in order to avoid penalty charges for crossings that are not collected by the due date, it would be appropriate to make the payment through our alternative payment channels to prevent the accumulation of additional charges.
Users who register for the “Violation Notification System” via our corporate website (https://www.ysskoprusuveotoyolu.com.tr) or our mobile application are notified about violation crossings related to their vehicles on the motorway under our responsibility.
In addition, informing HGS subscribers who have made violation crossings is carried out by PTT, in accordance with our agreement with the said institution. Violation notifications are also provided to vehicle owners through the e-Government (e-Devlet) system.
Furthermore, for receivables arising from violation crossings, our Company conducts an active administrative follow-up process by contacting debtors through the communication information it can identify, in order to ensure payment. Within this process, debtors are informed both via SMS and phone calls.
