Following its successful construction phase, ICA, which also undertook the operation of Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway Project, provides services with its strong operational team and in collaboration with Türkiye’s leading brands. Equipped with intelligent transportation systems, advanced maintenance equipment, and toll collection systems, Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway operates as one of the key transit transportation hubs between two continents and contributes to the alleviation of Istanbul’s traffic.
While the entire route is monitored 24/7 from the Main Control Center, all operation, maintenance, and operational activities of the bridge and motorway are meticulously carried out by ICA teams throughout the year. ICA offers drivers a safe and comfortable journey with its high service quality, its knowledgeable, well-equipped, and dedicated operational team of approximately 1,000 personnel, and its Traffic Patrol and Maintenance teams.
Along the route, the latest technologies are used, ranging from electronic information signs to fog and temperature sensors, which are critical for traffic and road safety. On the bridge and motorway, weather conditions are continuously monitored through weather stations located at 11 different points, while road conditions are monitored through sensors, and all necessary measures are taken accordingly. Drivers are informed in all circumstances through electronic information signs.
