Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge will be illuminated with blue and orange lights to raise awareness and inform society against cancer disease at 4th of February, World Cancer Day. 

The consortium of IC Ictas Insaat and Astaldi, ICA which has constructed and currently operates Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge and Northern Ring Motorway, continues to raise awareness through international campaigns they participate in. At the date of 4th of September, which was declared as World Cancer Day by Union for International Cancer Control to raise awareness and inform society, Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge will be illuminated with blue and orange lights symbolling the campaign.

Every year at 4th of February; members, partners and the whole world fight the cancer epidemic by joining forces under the leadership of UICC (Union for International Cancer Control) as part of the World Cancer Day. UICC aims to prevent millions of deaths by creating awareness through events at World Cancer Day. Also, governments and individuals invite others to take action against cancer.

Today ICA is rapidly continuing the M11 Motorway Project which is one of the major transportation investments in preparation for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and will connect Moscow, the capital of Russian Federation with the country’s one of the most important cities, St. Petersburg.
